Add applicants from the job you are working on

Choose candidates for this job

Open a job’s candidate pipeline and choose Add applicants in Application. Search existing candidates, select the people you want, and confirm the addition. The job stays selected throughout the flow, so you do not need to find it again.

New applicants enter Application. Candidates already on the job keep their current stage. If an addition cannot be confirmed, review the result before retrying; the dialog reports confirmed progress rather than treating every selected candidate as added. This action follows your existing access permissions and requires an active Application stage.

When adding a candidate to a job from the candidate page or Candidates list, job choices now include the recorded location alongside the title and company. This helps distinguish openings with the same name in different places. The Jobs list also places status on the right while retaining its existing layout.
