Keep additional resumes on a candidate
A candidate’s Resume tab can now hold extra resume files, such as one for marketing and one for digital media, without changing the main resume.
What changed
On a candidate’s Resume tab, the Replace, Download, Preview and History buttons are now one menu behind the three dots. The same menu has Add document. Pick a PDF, DOC or DOCX, choose Resume, give it an optional label such as “Marketing”, and it is saved under the main resume. Choose Cover letter to keep a letter as a separate document.
Each additional resume has its own menu to preview, download or delete it. A candidate can have up to 10 additional documents in total, including cover letters.
Switching resumes in the preview
The Resume button at the top right still opens the main resume. When a candidate has additional resumes, the preview drawer shows a menu in its header to switch between the main resume and the others. Closing the drawer returns to the main resume next time.
Boundaries
Additional resumes and cover letters are stored as separate documents. Saving one does not generate or update the candidate’s AI profile or add it to resume search. They never change the main resume, scores or resume history. They are visible only to your organization.
Each file must be smaller than 10 MB. A bigger file is refused right away with a message saying it is too big. Additional resumes can only be added from the candidate’s Resume tab, not from adding a candidate or the upload flows.
