From a job’s Quick actions, AI Poster now opens a full page under that job. The breadcrumb shows Jobs → the job title → AI Poster so you can jump back without losing your place.

Preview, edit poster text, choose color and style, regenerate, and download from one focused screen instead of a crowded dialog.

Same poster tools, clearer path

AI Poster uses the same compact breadcrumb spacing as candidate details. Scroll the page to move through the full form, poster preview, and actions together; separate column scrollbars and the floating bottom action strip no longer cover content. The poster keeps its original proportions, and generation and download tools are unchanged.

Generation still uses the shared job poster progress your team already relies on. Public listing stays as a quick-action tile; Share lives in the full-width band under those tiles with copy paragraph, preview, and copy link.

Deep links that previously opened the poster dialog now take you to the new AI Poster page for that job.

Dedicated templates for agency brands

Organizations with an approved poster system can use a dedicated, reusable layout that carries their colors, identity, and contact details from one job to the next.

Job title, location, compensation, summary, and qualifications still come from the job and remain editable before download. A dedicated template applies only to the organization it was created for.
