See the evidence behind your AI Search requirements
Specific searches put requested experience first, distinguishing stated amounts, conservative dated experience and what remains unverified.
Ask a specific question, see the supporting evidence
When you request an experience threshold, new candidate briefs address it before the background summary—even without a selected job. Broad searches still focus on relevant specialties. Important unresolved requirements stay visible; additional requirements and source context can be expanded.
Experience can be explicitly stated in saved evidence or supported by conservatively calculated dated roles. Overlapping jobs are not counted twice, incomplete dates use conservative bounds, and mixed responsibilities do not automatically become full-time functional experience. A tool mention does not prove years using it. Present and Current are not extended to today without an evidence timestamp.
Not established means the available evidence does not confirm the request, not that the candidate lacks the experience. Saved profile summaries are distinguished from original resume wording. Different amounts supplied by the search and a selected job remain separately identified.
Search inclusion, order and fit labels are unchanged. If supporting prose cannot be verified, the requirement answers remain above a clearly labeled original explanation. Older saved searches are not regenerated automatically when reopened.
