AI now writes and checks your job poster text
For the gold-and-gray poster template, AI writes short, poster-ready text from your job description, a second AI pass checks it against the source, headings can no longer show up as bullets, and the text now fills the box under a redrawn logo.
Poster text that reads like poster text
When you generate a poster from the unedited draft, AI now writes the intro, the responsibilities and the requirements for you. Items are short and complete, with the strongest ones first, instead of long sentences copied straight out of the job description. The job title is tidied up too, without changing what it means.
It applies to organizations using the gold-and-gray poster template. Other poster templates work as before.
Every item is checked against your job
The AI may only use facts the job description states. Each item it writes is tied to the lines of the job description it came from. A second, separate AI pass then reads the draft next to the job text and corrects it: it removes anything the job does not say, takes out headings and closing sales lines, moves an item to the right list, and fixes cut-off wording.
An automatic check runs after that. It removes any item that cites a line that does not exist, looks like a heading or a closing pitch, ends mid-thought, or contains a number, dollar amount, years of experience, tool or name that does not appear in the lines it came from.
Headings are never bullets
Headings such as “What You Will Do”, “What We Are Looking For”, “Who You Are” and “Key Responsibilities” are now recognized as section headings. Previously a description that used them could put the heading and a few intro sentences on the poster as bullets and leave the requirements empty. A heading can no longer appear as a responsibility or requirement, including in text you type into the editor.
What you see in the editor
The editor adds at most one short line about the review. “AI review fixed 2 issues.” appears when the review corrected something. “AI review did not finish. Check the poster text before sharing.” appears when the check could not complete. When the review passes, nothing is added.
The lists you see after generating are the text that is on the poster, so you can edit any of it and choose Save text.
Your edits always win
AI writes the text only for the default draft. If you change the responsibilities or requirements, your lists are used exactly as you typed them and nothing is rewritten or reviewed. The title and intro are replaced only if you have not changed them. Use current job text restores the default draft, and saving it asks the AI to write the text again.
Regenerating while the job description is unchanged reuses the text that was already written and checked, so it does not wait for AI again. Changing the job description writes fresh text.
If AI is unavailable
Generating a poster is never blocked by this step. If the AI service is unavailable, takes too long or returns text that does not pass the checks, the poster is built from the job description as before, and the editor line asks you to check the text before sharing. If only the review step does not finish, the checked draft is used without the review.
The text fills the box
When the job has more responsibilities and requirements than fit, the poster now shows as many whole items as fit at a readable size, in the order they appear, adding a requirement and a responsibility in turn. It then grows the text from its smallest readable size toward its largest until the white box is full, so there is no empty band above the salary. The text never overlaps the salary or the footer, and no item is cut mid-sentence.
A short job is not stretched to fit. Its text keeps a comfortable size and sits in the middle of the box, with the same space above and below.
The contact email at the bottom is never cut off or abbreviated. A long email gets smaller type so the whole address stays visible.
A redrawn footer logo
The default logo in the footer is redrawn as sharp vector art to match the real wordmark: a large gold serif C, a column of six black chevrons beside it, “Level” in gold sans-serif type under the C, and a larger black wordmark below. A logo you upload under Organization Profile still replaces it.
Boundaries to know about
A poster still holds at most six responsibilities and two requirements, and items that would not fit at a readable size are still dropped whole from the end. Salary, location and contact details are not written by AI.
Generating can take up to a minute or two while the text is written and checked. Saved posters stay unchanged until you regenerate them; open the editor and choose Use current job text to refresh an older poster.
