Browse candidates while results are counted
Open candidate results and load more while the exact result total is prepared separately.
Start with the candidates you can review
Open Candidates and search or choose your usual filters. The first page can appear before the exact number of matching candidates is available. You can open a candidate, preview a resume and load more while the total is still being counted.
The exact total fades in beside your search when it is ready. Loading more uses whether another page is available, so it does not wait for that total. Your search terms, saved views and organization access rules still apply.
Keep working if the total is unavailable
If the separate count cannot finish, the search shows Total unavailable and keeps the loaded candidates usable. An unavailable total is not shown as zero and does not mean there are no matches. Changing your search or filters starts a count for the new results; an older count cannot replace it.
This change removes exact counting from the first-page loading path when supported. It does not guarantee a particular loading time, change which candidates match, or prepare missing resume text or AI profiles. A list-loading error still needs to be resolved before candidates can be shown.
