Add AI Search matches to a pipeline together
Select several AI Search matches and add them to a job workflow in one action. The job picker shows recorded creation dates and lists the newest jobs first; jobs without a usable creation date appear last.
Select, review, and assign
Use the checkbox beside each candidate name in AI Search, or Select all beside the match count. Once at least one candidate is selected, a floating bar above the bottom navigation shows the selected count and Add to pipeline. It stays available as you scroll and disappears when you deselect all candidates. Choose Add to pipeline, select a job and workflow stage, then confirm in the existing Add to job dialog. The dialog reports added, updated, skipped, and unsuccessful assignments.
Selections apply to the displayed search results and reset when you change search runs or accounts. Selecting candidates alone does not change their pipelines. You can still use the individual Add to job action. Existing organization and job access checks remain in place.
