Choose the right job and see progress when adding candidates
Add to job now identifies each role by company, shows newest jobs first, reports live progress, and finishes with a clear summary.
Pick the right opening when titles repeat
The Add to job picker now shows the company before the job title, followed by the date the job was added. That makes openings with the same title easy to tell apart before you move a candidate.
Jobs are ordered newest-created first on both the Candidates page and each candidate profile. Older jobs without a saved creation date remain available after dated jobs, and jobs without a company are clearly marked Company not listed.
Watch each candidate get added
On Candidates, select several people and choose Add to job. After you confirm the job and workflow status, the dialog shows Adding 1 of X, then 2 of X, and so on while RecruitIQ works through the list.
The confirm button shows a spinner instead of changing its label to Adding…, and Cancel stays unavailable until the batch finishes so you do not interrupt a half-finished add.
Already on the job? Skipped, not failed
If someone is already on that job at the same workflow status, RecruitIQ skips them and continues with the rest of the selection. The final summary reports how many were added and how many were skipped.
When the batch finishes, the dialog shows the summary with a See job link so you can open the pipeline immediately.
