Follow emails, notes, and stage moves in one Activity pane

Candidate profiles now keep email threads, notes, and stage history in a single right-rail Activity list with a focused reading view for replies.

One timeline on the candidate page

Open any candidate and use the Activity pane on the right. Emails, notes, and the latest stage move for each identified job appear in one chronological list. Press an email or note to read it in place, or open a job entry to see its recorded stage history. Older stage activity without a job identifier remains separate.

Use Add → New note for a note, or Add → Email to write directly to the candidate from a connected Gmail account. A scheduling template is not required. Choose the sending account in the From field when composing or replying; the mailbox dropdown no longer occupies the Activity timeline. Connect email appears only when no account is connected; accounts missing sending permission ask you to reconnect.

Email and Reply open a compact floating composer, leaving the candidate visible. Drag its theme-colored title bar to move it, or minimize and restore it without losing your current draft. Resize from the top or left edges and corner. The title follows your subject, To appears above From, and the address and subject rows stay visible while the message scrolls. From stays changeable inside the composer. Drafts are not saved across page reloads; attachments and CC/BCC are not available in this composer yet.

Replies default to the original mailbox and remain restricted to the conversation owner. Choosing a different connected mailbox starts a separate private conversation with reply headers, rather than reusing a thread from another mailbox. Automatically synced correspondence and these switched-mailbox replies remain private to their owner; existing manually started conversations retain their shared visibility rules. Background sync availability is separate from writing an email.

Meetings are not included yet. Activity replaces the older History card and the Actions-tab email list; the Notes tab remains for browsing notes on their own.
