Turn candidate conversations into reviewable profile insights
Save multiple candidate transcripts, compare conversation facts with the active resume, and approve supported summaries or tags before they change the profile.
Keep each candidate conversation with the profile
Open an existing candidate and choose Transcripts. Start with either Paste a conversation or Upload a transcript, then provide only the conversation itself. RecruitIQ accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, VTT, and SRT files.
RecruitIQ saves the source privately first, then names the conversation and extracts its date when the transcript states one. The analyzing view names the active resume file being used for comparison, so recruiters can see exactly which evidence version supports the findings.
A candidate can have multiple conversations, so an initial screen, follow-up call, and later availability update do not have to be combined into one note or replace one another.
Compare what was said with the active resume
RecruitIQ prepares a concise conversation summary, supported professional insights, suggested tags, and a field-by-field resume reconciliation. Findings distinguish explicit matches, new conversation information, and possible conflicts such as an employment date that may be outdated on the resume.
A possible conflict is a confirmation prompt, not an accusation or hiring decision. RecruitIQ shows the resume claim, conversation claim, confidence, and supporting evidence so a recruiter can confirm, dismiss, or mark the item as needing confirmation.
The review screen shows one actionable item at a time, starting with resume findings and then moving to summary and tag suggestions. Matches, completed decisions, and supporting conversation details stay collapsed. A recruiter can confirm, ask the candidate, dismiss, or confirm and save a candidate-linked note in the same action. While a decision is saving, the selected button keeps its size, replaces its label with a centered spinner, and disables the other review actions until the save finishes. There is no bulk-confirm shortcut around reading the remaining findings.
Each comparison records the resume version it used. If the active resume changes later, RecruitIQ marks the earlier comparison as stale and offers a fresh analysis.
Recruiters stay in control of profile changes
AI findings do not update the candidate automatically. A recruiter must choose Add to profile for a conversation summary or Add tag for a suggested tag. Accepted summaries appear as compact expandable rows on Overview with their conversation title, date, summary, and recruiter attribution, while accepted tags join the candidate’s normal tags.
Structured facts such as employer, title, dates, compensation, location, availability, and work authorization are not overwritten from a transcript in this version. Confirm those findings with the candidate and update the appropriate field through the normal profile controls.
Private evidence with clear boundaries
Original transcript files and extracted text remain private to the candidate’s RecruitIQ organization. RecruitIQ excludes protected personal attributes from profile-ready findings and does not score, rank, approve, or reject a candidate from a conversation.
Deleting a transcript removes its private source, analysis, and accepted conversation summary. A candidate tag that a recruiter already approved remains on the profile as a recruiter-approved tag.
