Candidate history now shows who made a change
Candidate history now pairs workflow movements with the responsible teammate or the recorded submission source.

The History panel on a candidate profile now shows who moved the candidate when RecruitIQ has a recorded team member. For intake and submission records, it instead shows the recorded source, such as an application form, public job board, or external recruiter.
Long job titles, source details, and names wrap onto another line so the full audit detail remains readable in the compact history panel.
Every recorded workflow movement remains in the candidate history instead of being replaced by the latest stage. The panel shows the five newest events first, with a See all control for the complete available history.
Older records stay honest
Some older workflow records do not contain a reliable person or source. RecruitIQ leaves the attribution out for those entries instead of guessing who performed the action.
