Review clearer job suggestions from a candidate profile

RecruitIQ now saves each candidate’s direct job review and finishes it in the background, with evidence, open questions, or an honest empty result ready when you return.

Compare the candidate with the jobs that are actually open

New candidates now receive an automatic initial job review in the background when enough professional information is available. Candidate creation does not wait for AI. Older candidates are not automatically backfilled; use Find suggested jobs to request their first review. Opening a profile only loads saved state and never starts an analysis by itself. RecruitIQ reviews documented professional background against the organization’s current active jobs, excluding jobs already shown in the candidate’s active workflow.

A candidate without enough evidence waits for a resume, professional summary, or skills. Background processing checks waiting requests again without purchasing an empty AI review. The timing depends on background-service availability and queue load; closing the page does not cancel the request.

Organizations configured around a no-posting-package recruiting queue can limit this review to active no-posting-package jobs. The candidate profile states when that narrower scope is being used, while Closed, Filled, and already-assigned jobs remain excluded.

Reviews support up to 500 eligible active jobs, comparing the full eligible set in batches. The displayed scope matters: an organization restricted to No Posting Package jobs excludes posting-package jobs. Existing candidate workflow jobs are excluded from new suggestions. A saved no-match result describes that review scope, not every job in the system. Instead of presenting a numerical score, RecruitIQ labels a supported suggestion as Strong fit or Possible fit. The list is intentionally short and can contain fewer than three jobs.

Leave the page while the review finishes

Find suggested jobs now starts a saved background review and returns control immediately. You can open another candidate, visit a different part of RecruitIQ, or close the profile while the comparison continues.

Returning to the candidate restores the same review. RecruitIQ shows that it is still running or displays the completed suggestions once they are ready. Completed results remain saved on the candidate until a recruiter chooses Refresh.

If a later refresh cannot finish, RecruitIQ keeps the last successful review visible and clearly labels the failed refresh instead of replacing a useful result with an empty state.

See the evidence and the unanswered question

The initial result stays compact and shows the suggested jobs first. Open Why this fit to review the fit-band explanation, the Why it may fit evidence connected to the job, and any What to verify requirements before taking action.

Generic similarities such as being detail-oriented, nearby, or available for the same work arrangement are not enough by themselves to recommend a job.

An empty result is a useful result

When none of the active jobs has enough documented support, the profile says No confident job matches yet. RecruitIQ no longer fills the space with the least-weak options simply because jobs are available.

Suggestions assist recruiter review only. RecruitIQ does not add the candidate automatically, reject the candidate, or change the candidate’s profile facts. A recruiter must still review the job and choose Add to job.
