Open Candidates with less waiting
RecruitIQ now prepares the default candidate list in the background from the dashboard and when a recruiter approaches Candidates in the sidebar.
Prepare useful candidate data before the click
After the dashboard settles, RecruitIQ begins preparing the default Candidates view in the background. Pointing to, focusing, or touching Candidates in the sidebar also starts that preparation before navigation.
When preparation finishes first, opening Candidates can use the ready list immediately instead of beginning the same candidate request only after the click.
One candidate list, kept current
The background work uses the same organization-scoped candidate list, default filters, sort order, and pagination contract as the Candidates page itself. RecruitIQ does not maintain a separate preview list that can disagree with the page.
Recent prepared data is reused for the initial view. Repeated pointer, keyboard, or touch intent reuses a request that is already running or still fresh; once the list is stale, the next intent can prepare an updated copy. RecruitIQ also refreshes the list after candidate changes and continues to request additional pages as the recruiter moves through it.
What to expect on a true first visit
If a recruiter opens Candidates before the background request finishes, or the connection is slow, the normal loading state can still appear. The improvement moves common waiting ahead of the click; it does not hide an incomplete request or keep old candidate data indefinitely.
