Choose recruiting jobs with a shared candidate picker
A consistent searchable job picker helps you add candidates to jobs, with an optional workspace policy to hide posting packages.
The same job picker across your workspace
Add to job now uses a shared searchable picker in Candidates, Candidates V2, AI Search, candidate profiles, the Dashboard’s Last 10 candidates, Person Finder, resume upload and tag pages. Search for a title or company, choose a job and continue with the existing assignment steps.
On a tag page, Add to pipeline now opens a searchable job popover instead of the earlier dropdown. Your workflow status and confirmation steps stay the same.
Job captions show the real company and creation date wherever those details are available, including tag pages and uploads. These details help you tell similar job titles apart. If a job has no company or creation date, that part of the caption is omitted; if both are missing, only the title appears. Your available jobs and their order stay the same.
Keep posting packages out of candidate assignments
Workspaces can request a policy that hides jobs marked as posting packages from these pickers. This helps teams choose recruiting jobs without mixing in advertising-only packages. The policy is off by default; contact support to enable it for your workspace.
The Jobs page still shows posting packages. Existing assignments are kept, and this picker policy does not change job-specific assignment pages, automated routing or sequence settings.
Each flow keeps its job eligibility rules
Candidates V2 still offers only jobs eligible for assignment. Resume upload still offers active jobs and Upload without a job. Choose before selecting files; the chosen job is copied onto each new upload task.
Workflow stages, notifications, duplicate handling and assignment permissions continue to follow the existing job and workspace rules.
