Clearer role details in branded job posters

The gold-and-gray template keeps complete poster text readable and makes source review clearer.

Show the role at a glance

For organizations using the gold-and-gray template, newly generated posters show up to six responsibilities and two requirements from the job description, with separate headings for structured sections. Work arrangement appears beside the location in the same dark, readable type when recorded, and whole-thousand salary amounts use compact K formatting. Requirements are editable next to responsibilities, so you choose the two that matter most. When a job description lists more than six responsibilities or two requirements, the poster starts with as many complete responsibilities and requirements as fit readably, in the order they appear in the job. The editor states how many are shown, for example 3 of 22 responsibilities and 2 of 12 requirements, so you can swap in others. A poster holds at most six responsibilities and two requirements. Complete items are never cut mid-sentence. Once you change either list, nothing is trimmed automatically; if your text cannot fit at a readable size, generation asks you to shorten the part that is too long instead of cutting off the ending.

Open a job’s AI Poster workspace and generate a new poster to use the updated layout. Saved posters stay unchanged until regenerated. Posters created before this update open in the editor with the current job text, so complete sentences and the current salary are used. Use current job text restores the draft summary, responsibilities, requirements, title, location and salary from the current job. Review it, then Save text to update the image. A possible shortened-text warning and salary comparison help you review older drafts; deliberate poster edits remain yours. Missing sections and salary amounts are not invented. Other organization templates are unchanged.
