Give clients one place to add and follow new openings

Client Workspaces give hiring companies a private jobs list and a simple way to send new openings directly to their recruiting team.

A private jobs list for each client

The Companies toolbar now has one Add Company menu instead of separate actions for the same goal. Choose Add manually for the full company form, Send contract to start with an agreement, or Invite company to enter a company name and client email and create both the company record and its Client Workspace invitation in one flow. An existing company can also be invited directly from its company drawer without creating a duplicate record.

RecruitIQ creates a secure one-time invitation link for the recruiting team to copy and share with the client. The link expires in seven days and is not emailed automatically. The contact creates or uses a RecruitIQ account and then sees a focused list of the openings connected to that workspace.

The workspace keeps company access separate from internal RecruitIQ access and external recruiter access. A client sees only its own connected workspaces and recruiting relationships, not internal notes, sourcing work, unrelated jobs, or other companies.

After recruiter review, client-requested openings carry a Client submitted label in the RecruitIQ jobs list. Full job titles remain available on hover, and the mobile jobs view wraps long titles into compact cards instead of hiding the opening name.

Send a new opening without starting an email thread

From the Client Workspace, an authorized company member can select Add job and enter the title, location, work setup, employment type, compensation, job description, and notes for the recruiting team. The opening appears in the client jobs list immediately as Under recruiter review.

RecruitIQ also places the request on the connected company record and alerts the recruiting organization. A recruiter opens a focused review page, confirms the department and private RecruitIQ setup, and creates the job without retyping the client’s brief or navigating the full job builder.

Recruiters still control publication and access

Submitting an opening from a Client Workspace does not automatically publish a public job, share the role with external recruiters, or expose internal recruiting activity. The focused recruiter review keeps the new job private and external-recruiter access off by default; advanced settings remain available after creation.

Creating a company invitation does not start a free trial or create a paid subscription. Billing and trial access remain separate organization-level decisions.

Client accounts use workspace memberships and separate recruiting-organization relationships. This allows the product to support multiple company members and, over time, more than one recruiting partner without moving the client account from one organization to another. Connections are explicit and are not created by guessing from a company name or email domain.
