Colored record tiles and a calmer, easier-to-read Dashboard
Recent lists now mark each record with a small colored tile, Dashboard text is one comfortable size, and Last 10 candidates rows are shorter so they no longer get cut off.
A colored tile for each kind of record
Recent records now start with a small rounded tile instead of a gray outline icon: violet with a person for a candidate, red-orange with a briefcase for a job, and teal with a building for a company. You can tell what each row is at a glance.
The tiles appear in the Recent list of the RecruitIQ menu and in the Dashboard’s Recently viewed section. Each tile lines up with the first line of its row, so a row that wraps onto two lines keeps its tile at the top.
One comfortable text size on the Dashboard
Text across the Dashboard is now a single size, larger than before, so section titles, rows, dates and filter chips are easier to read. The greeting at the top keeps its larger size. The Add candidate panel opened from the Dashboard uses the same size.
Shorter Last 10 candidates rows
Each row in Last 10 candidates now reads date, name, location and the job the candidate was added to. The industry and skills text was removed from these rows, so they no longer get cut off with an ellipsis on a typical screen. Only the Dashboard row changed: nothing is removed from the candidate’s record.
Boundaries to know about
On a narrow phone screen, a very long job title can still be shortened at the end of its row. Other pages keep their existing text sizes.
