Correct candidate contact details from their profile
Recruiters can now correct a candidate name, email, phone number, and location without replacing the resume or recreating the candidate.
Fix the CRM record where you notice the problem
Candidate profiles now include a settings button beside Resume. Open it to edit first name, last name, email, phone number, city, state, or ZIP code, then save the correction without leaving the candidate.
The updated details appear in the profile header immediately and flow back to the Candidates list and candidate search.
Keep the resume and candidate history intact
Editing candidate details changes the CRM record only. RecruitIQ does not replace or rewrite the uploaded resume, remove job relationships, or alter prior candidate activity.
Use Replace in the Resume tab when the actual resume file needs to change. Use candidate settings when the saved contact details were parsed incorrectly or need a recruiter correction.
Protect candidate identity and organization access
Candidate edits continue to follow organization access rules. RecruitIQ also checks email uniqueness inside the organization before accepting a new address, helping teams avoid creating conflicting candidate identities.
