Email Settings groups every shared recruiting email template

Settings → Email Settings uses a tab bar for follow-up, rejection, and candidate scheduling email templates, with organization notifications coming soon.

One Email Settings page, four tabs

Open Settings and choose Email Settings. The page title stays Email Settings. Under it, a simple tab bar now switches between Follow-up email, Rejection email, Scheduling email, and Organization notifications. Follow-up email opens first.

The settings sidebar still has a single Email Settings item. The tabs live on the page so you do not have to hunt through extra menu entries.

Follow-up and rejection stay editable

Follow-up email keeps the 60-day company follow-up templates. Choose Filled or Job Closed, edit the subject and body, preview the result, and save. Supported placeholders such as contact name, company, job title, and organization still work the same way.

Rejection email now lives on this page as well. Organization owners and administrators can set the shared rejection subject and message, preview it, reset to the built-in draft, and save. Recruiters can still review the template from a candidate stage change before moving someone to a rejection stage.

Scheduling stays consistent across candidate profiles

Scheduling email is the only place to edit the organization calendar link, scheduling subject, and message body. Owners and administrators can save the shared template and preview candidate placeholders before it is used.

The Send scheduling email composer in a candidate Actions tab starts with the latest saved version. A recruiter can review the prepared message before sending without silently changing the organization-wide template.

Organization notifications is coming soon

The Organization notifications tab is labeled Coming soon. It explains that organization activity emails are not ready to configure yet. There is no recipient list or Save recipients control on this page, so the tab does not look like a working editor.

Direct emails sent to a candidate, client, or external recruiter are not changed on this tab.
