Embed your RecruitIQ job board on your website
A limited pilot lets organizations place their live RecruitIQ job board and application flow inside an existing website.
Keep the careers page on your website
Selected pilot organizations can open Settings, choose Public Job Board, and copy one website embed code. Paste it into a supported website code block to show the live RecruitIQ board without rebuilding each opening by hand.
Newly published public roles appear from the same RecruitIQ job records, and roles that are no longer publicly available stop appearing. The website owner does not need to replace the embed code when the job list changes.
Applications still enter RecruitIQ
Candidates can open a role, review the description, complete the application questions, and upload a resume from inside the embedded experience. Submissions continue through the existing public application workflow and remain associated with the correct organization and job.
RecruitIQ labels the embedded source as Squarespace for the pilot so teams can distinguish these applications from other public links while preserving existing referral and campaign parameters.
Pilot boundaries
The embed code is initially available to selected pilot organizations while responsive sizing, mobile behavior, and website-template compatibility are validated. The ordinary public job-board link remains available for every organization.
Squarespace sites need a plan that permits iframe and JavaScript code in a Code Block. Other website builders may use the same standards, but each platform should be tested before the embed is treated as generally available.
