Evidence-focused candidate briefs are now part of AI Search
New AI Searches prepare and verify evidence-focused briefs, with one repair attempt for rejected wording before falling back to the original explanation. Your shortlist stays unchanged.
From search to evidence
Run AI Search as usual. New searches automatically prepare a brief highlighting a documented specialty, relevant role and dates, concrete facts, and a clarification note when useful. There is no experiment toggle or separate generation button. Resume previews, compact skills and Add to job remain available.
Writing and verifying briefs is part of the background search and may add a few minutes. You can leave the page; completion is reported after this stage finishes or falls back. If a brief cannot be verified or generation fails, that candidate keeps the original explanation. Candidate order and fit labels are unchanged, and ordinary Candidates keyword search works as before.
Previously saved briefs appear automatically when you reopen a search. Older searches without briefs keep their original explanations; opening history does not purchase a new generation. Dates are as listed in the source, not independently verified current employment. Evidence is captured at brief-generation time, which can be later than matching.
The results page focuses on candidate evidence without the review-export control or a separate date disclaimer above the list. Role dates remain labeled as source-listed on each brief, not verified current employment. Search never automatically assigns candidates to jobs.
