External recruiters can add candidate batches with visible progress
Upload up to 100 candidate resumes from a dedicated Bulk submission page, skip people already on file, and follow each result as it finishes.
Add a resume batch from one place
External recruiters can choose Bulk submission in the partner sidebar and select up to 100 PDF, DOC, and DOCX resumes at a time. RecruitIQ reads each document, confirms the required candidate contact details, and sends new candidates through the existing external recruiter intake workflow.
If the recruiter agreement is waiting for acceptance, the batch area explains that first and links directly to the agreement. Resumes cannot be selected until submission access is ready, so the same account issue is not repeated as a separate failure on every file.
The batch uses a bounded number of simultaneous requests so a large selection does not overload resume parsing. Recruiters should keep the page open until the batch finishes.
Duplicates are skipped instead of added again
Before a resume is stored, RecruitIQ checks the parsed email and phone against the organization. If that candidate already exists in the organization, the item is marked Skipped and no duplicate candidate or submission is created.
Repeated files and repeated email addresses inside the same selection are also skipped. A resume that does not provide a confirmable first name, last name, and email is marked Needs attention instead of creating an incomplete person.
Follow the batch while it runs
The Bulk submission page shows live progress, totals for Added, Skipped, and Needs attention, plus a status and explanation for every selected resume. A failure on one item does not stop the remaining candidates.
When processing finishes, choose Back to candidates to review the newly added people in the recruiter candidate list.
Open the candidate list without waiting for the full history
Candidates now opens with the first 10 people. Choose See more to retrieve the next 10 while keeping the current rows visible, so a large recruiter history no longer has to load before the page becomes useful.
Candidate statuses are resolved together for each page instead of one at a time. Submit Candidate, Candidates, and Bulk submission also use consistent rounded cards and controls across the partner portal.
