Find candidates with less waiting

Candidate name and resume-keyword searches start sooner while keeping your filters in place.

Search from the same candidate list

Type a candidate name or resume keyword into Find a candidate. The list starts searching without the previous typing delay or reloading the page. Your filters and sorting stay in place, and the latest text you enter controls the results.

Ordinary keyword search uses searchable resume text and candidate information; it does not start a paid AI Search. Access is still checked for your account and organization on every request.

Search speed depends on your connection and the available search index. A damaged or inaccessible resume cannot contribute its text to results, although the candidate can still be found by name. Recently changed records depend on the index being refreshed.
