Find candidates by the person who sourced them

Choose a person in Sourced by

Open Candidates and use the visible Sourced by filter to choose a person in your organization. The list shows candidates credited to that person, even when they are beyond the first page. The filter also remains available when no rows match, so you can change or clear it.

Sourced by records who brought a candidate into RecruitIQ. Assigned recruiter shows who owns a candidate on a job or an older candidate assignment; those can be different people. The Source filter still selects an intake channel such as Manual or Talent Inbox. These filters do not reassign candidates or change their attribution.

Open a candidate’s Quick view to see Sourced by beside the recruiting assignment. If the person was not recorded or is no longer available in your organization, Quick view says Not recorded.
