Start a company record from its contract PDF
Upload a company contract and let RecruitIQ prefill a reviewable company draft before you create the client record.
Turn the contract into a company draft
Open Add Company and choose Import contract PDF, or use the same action inside the manual company drawer. RecruitIQ reads a searchable PDF and fills supported details such as the client company name, website, contacts, billing information, address, industry, and explicit fee terms when they appear in the document.
The imported contract stays queued as a company document. When you create the company, RecruitIQ saves the reviewed company record first and then uploads that PDF to the new company.
Review before anything is created
The import opens the normal Add Company drawer with the available fields filled in. Existing draft values are preserved, missing or uncertain details stay blank, and the recruiter can edit every field before choosing Create.
Analyzing a contract does not create a company, send an agreement, request a signature, or start a free trial. The normal company duplicate and access checks still run when the recruiter creates the reviewed record.
Keep the fast path focused
The importer accepts searchable PDF contracts up to 4 MB and targets completion within 30 seconds. Long, image-only, encrypted, or damaged PDFs may need to be exported as a shorter searchable PDF before RecruitIQ can read them.
RecruitIQ treats the document as evidence only and targets the client or hiring company receiving recruiting services. If the parties or a field are ambiguous, the importer leaves that value blank instead of guessing.
