Preview: one clear explanation for each AI Search match

An experimental candidate card combines the requested answer and useful work examples, with supporting excerpts under View evidence.

An explanation, not a checklist

This preview replaces separate requirement rows, specialty headings and supporting bullets with one short explanation. It brings together the experience you asked for, the work that supports it, and important uncertainty. Choose View evidence to expand the saved source excerpts. Candidate names, resume previews and Add to job actions stay in place.

The latest writing experiment emphasizes direct actions and easy-to-scan numbers such as 4 years, 20 employees and $7M. It aims for 1–2 short sentences, while keeping important uncertainty visible and detailed evidence available. This wording change does not change the card layout or candidate matching.

Experience dates can support a lower bound without claiming an exact total. Mixed roles are described as roles involving the relevant work, not exclusively full-time experience in that function. A skill listing is identified as a listing; it is not treated as either demonstrated proficiency or proof that the person lacks the skill.

The preview does not change who appears, their order or their fit labels. If a summary is unavailable, the card shows its saved match reasons directly instead of hiding them behind a disclosure. If supporting evidence is also missing, it asks you to review the resume before acting on the saved fit rating. Older searches are not regenerated just by opening them.

This is an experimental preview, not a general release. The format and wording remain under review; automated verification does not replace your judgment or independently verify resume claims.
