Keep internal recruiters informed when jobs change

For organizations with job update emails enabled, saving changes to an existing job sends other eligible active internal recruiters and the organization owner an email with the job link and a before-and-after summary. Changes include location, salary, employment type, work arrangement, description, internal notes, assignment, and status.

Updates from the full job editor and inline controls are included. Saving without changing a tracked value does not send an email. Test jobs are excluded.

Updated October 5, 2026: you no longer receive an internal job-update email for your own changes, including status changes. Other eligible teammates still receive the update, and you still receive enabled updates made by someone else. Accounts sharing your saved email address are also excluded from your own update. Save the job as usual; no new setting is needed.

Keep your internal team informed

Internal update emails exclude external recruiters and sales-only members. Organizations can also enable a separate external recruiter update email: only eligible recruiters with access to the job receive changes to the redacted details shown in their partner portal. Internal notes, client contacts, assignments, and hidden company information are excluded. Private, test, paused, and closed jobs do not send these detail updates. Existing closed and filled notifications remain separate. Job update emails are enabled per organization. Contact support to enable them or adjust which internal team members receive them; self-service controls are not available yet.

Emails are processed after the job is saved. Delivery problems do not undo the edit, and earlier edits are not emailed retroactively.
