See job activity beside the job’s working details
Job pages now keep a focused activity timeline beside recruiter details and move sharing tools below the job’s notes.
One timeline for job-specific activity
The upper job details area remains a two-column layout. Recruiter, status, priority, visibility, and other working details stay on the left, while the right side now shows Activity.
Activity records candidate pipeline movements for this job and notes linked to this job. Each entry shows the action, the team member when available, the candidate when relevant, and when it happened.
The job overview keeps the timeline concise by showing the newest three events. Choose See more to open the job’s dedicated Activity page and review all recorded activity in one list.
Notes stay readable without duplicating them
A note appears in Activity as a lightweight “Added a note” event with a preview of its first 100 characters. The full note remains in RecruitIQ Notes, so the timeline does not create or maintain a second copy of the note.
Job activity and linked notes are limited to the signed-in recruiter’s organization, and the job is verified before its timeline is returned.
Sharing tools move below Notes
AI Poster, Public listing, Copy paragraph, paragraph preview, and Copy link remain available with the same behavior. They now appear below Job Description and Notes instead of occupying the upper-right working panel.
