Open the full Candidates pipeline from a job
Expand the Candidates band on a job into a full-page pipeline view with room to scan every stage.
More room for the pipeline
On a job page, the Candidates band still gives you a compact preview of the pipeline. Use the expand control in that header to open a full Candidates page under the job.
The breadcrumb shows Jobs → the job title → Candidates so you can return to the job or the jobs list in one click.
Same board, fuller screen
On desktop, the full page uses the same kanban and table tools as the job page Candidates band—search, stage columns, selection, and resume actions—without the compact height limit.
On mobile, the compact job page shows an Open candidate pipeline button instead of squeezing the desktop board into a narrow viewport. The full pipeline page groups every stage into a collapsible section with its candidate count, uses readable candidate cards, and gives each card a prominent Move control.
Work the pipeline when you need space, then jump back to the job for description, files, and quick actions.
