Move through Jobs with less waiting

RecruitIQ now keeps recent job rows ready between visits, prepares the exact saved view when possible, and opens a selected job before background detail loading finishes.

Keep useful rows on screen

The built-in Default View now starts with Status set to Active. This includes open workflow stages such as Interviewed and excludes filled or closed stages; it does not change a job’s workflow. Select Default View to restore this filter. Custom saved views and filters retained while navigating remain unchanged.

Returning to Jobs now reuses the recent rows for the same saved filters and sort order while RecruitIQ checks for updates in the background. The table no longer needs to replace useful rows with a full loading shimmer during that refresh.

Approaching Jobs from the sidebar can prepare the current in-session view ahead of the click. RecruitIQ only reuses that preparation when its status, posting-package filter, and sort order match the page being opened.

Open the selected job immediately

Selecting a job now begins navigation immediately using the row already on screen. RecruitIQ continues loading the full job, its candidates, and the organization workflow in the background, then replaces the preview with the authoritative record.

The row is treated as a preview rather than a complete job record, so fields that do not belong in the list are still retrieved from the job itself.

Freshness follows job changes

Recent organization-scoped job results can be reused for a short period. Creating, editing, deleting, reassigning, or changing the workflow for a job advances the list version so the next request does not depend on an older prepared result.

A true first visit, a brand-new filter combination, or a slow connection can still show a loading state. Prepared results remain separated by organization, user access, filters, sorting, and pagination.
