Jump back to recent records and find jobs faster
The Dashboard has a new Recently viewed list and Shift+J includes your last five records below its page tiles, while Jobs remembers your filters and searches titles, companies and descriptions by keyword.
Recently viewed, right under Meetings today
The Dashboard now has a Recently viewed section under Meetings today. It lists the candidates, jobs and companies you opened most recently, newest first, so getting back to the record you were just working on takes one click.
Each name is its own link, so you choose where to go. A candidate’s name opens the candidate, a job’s title opens the job and its client name opens the company page, and a company’s name opens the company. Locations, statuses, counts and the dots between them are plain text.
Opening a record again moves it to the top of the list instead of adding a duplicate. A job you viewed before the client link existed shows its client as plain text until you open that job again.
Filter it and read it at a glance
The chips All, Candidates, Jobs and Companies filter the list. The chip you pick is remembered on that browser, so the list comes back the way you left it.
Each row has a small icon for its type, then the name followed by a detail line. A candidate shows their current title and location. A job shows its client and its status, colored green for open, violet for interviewing, amber for on hold and teal for filled. A company shows its city and its number of open jobs.
The section shows 10 at a time. Choose Show 10 more to load the next 10.
Who sees it and what it keeps
The list is private to each user. It keeps up to 200 entries and only includes records from your own organization.
It does not appear for Sales or external recruiter accounts.
Recent records in Shift+J
The Shift+J menu now includes a Recent group of the last 5 records you opened, with the same type icons, below the two rows of page tiles. Choose one to open it. Show more adds the next five records.
Recent rows now use larger text so names and details are easier to read. Press Shift+J to see them, then choose a row or Show more as usual.
As soon as you type a search, the Recent group is replaced by the normal search results.
Jobs remembers how you left it
On Jobs, the page remembers the Recruiter, Status, Order by and keyword search you last used and reopens with them, with no flash of the unfiltered list first. If you choose a different recruiter today, the same recruiter is there when you come back tomorrow.
When any filter or the sort differs from the default, a small muted Reset filters link appears after the filter chips. It clears every filter, sets Order by back to Last updated and forgets the saved choices.
If you have set a default saved view, a fresh open uses your remembered filters instead, and Reset filters returns you to that view’s filters.
Keywords replaces Job Title
The Job Title filter is now Keywords. Type one or more words and Jobs shows only the jobs where every word appears in the title, job number, company, department, location, skills, tags or description.
Matching ignores capitals, accents and extra punctuation, and partial words work. For example, “bookkeeping finance” finds a job with “bookkeeping” in its description and “Finance” as its department.
Descriptions load only while a keyword is active. Search checks all jobs within your current list filters, including later pages. Loading placeholders stay visible until search is complete, and Retry jobs appears if job or description loading fails.
Boundaries to know about
Internal notes are not searched. Keywords searches the complete stored description.
