Jump between Candidates, Jobs, and Companies
Open a compact navigation panel from the RecruitIQ header without giving up space in your candidate list.
Five destinations, one place
WhatsApp is now available in the main menu’s Tools row, immediately beside Talent Inbox, for users with WhatsApp access. It opens the existing WhatsApp setup and submission-information page. Opening the shortcut does not connect a number or import resumes.
Click anywhere on the RecruitIQ logo and its nearby down-arrow to open one centered navigation panel. Dashboard comes first, followed by Candidates, Jobs, Companies, and AI Search. Candidates opens Candidates V2. The compact tiles fit across wider screens and form a centered three-plus-two layout on smaller screens. Opening AI Search takes you to its existing page; it does not start a search. Press Shift D to go directly to Dashboard when you are not typing; the same shortcut appears in the bottom Shortcuts menu.
The panel floats above the page, so opening it does not push your list down. Choose a destination to navigate, click outside to dismiss it, or press Escape. Keyboard navigation and reduced-motion preferences are supported, and the panel adapts to light and dark themes.
Keep the same access
The navigation is available to internal users with CRM access. It does not change account permissions or add search inside the menu; Sales and external-recruiter navigation remain unchanged.
