Keep your candidate selections while you review profiles
Checked candidates now remain selected when recruiters open another screen, return to Candidates, or reload the page.
Review profiles without losing your place
Candidate checkboxes now form a saved working set for each signed-in recruiter. Open a candidate profile, move to another RecruitIQ screen, use Back, or reload Candidates and the same people remain checked.
Selections also remain available when a candidate is outside the currently loaded page or hidden by a temporary filter. RecruitIQ restores those records before presenting the bulk-action count.
Clear the set when the work is complete
Choose Deselect to clear the working set yourself. RecruitIQ also clears it after a successful action that uses the checked candidates, including adding them to a job, downloading their resumes, updating their workflow stage, or deleting them.
If an action fails, the candidates stay checked so you can correct the problem and retry. Export All remains independent because it exports the complete filtered result rather than only checked candidates.
