Manage a candidate’s jobs from their profile
Add candidates to jobs, move them through a workflow, or hide completed relationships without leaving the candidate profile.
Keep the candidate’s jobs in immediate view
The complete Jobs workspace appears directly below Professional summary on the candidate Overview. The summary initially shows its first line beside See more. Click the line or See more to reveal the full summary, tags, and any conversation insights; See less collapses it again. This keeps jobs closer to the top without losing profile details.
Assigned recruiter remains an editable ownership field in the right rail. Sourced by appears directly below it with an edit icon, so an authorized teammate can correct the attribution from the candidate profile.
The Sourced by picker shows one searchable list of every enabled person in the candidate’s organization, including internal and external recruiters when they exist. It does not add empty recruiter sections or expose another organization’s member directory.
Add a job with the right starting stage
Select Add job from the candidate Overview. Search the organization’s jobs, choose the workflow stage where the candidate belongs, and add the relationship from one dialog.
The searchable job picker keeps long organization lists scrollable, orders available jobs from newest to oldest, and shows each job’s creation date for context.
RecruitIQ uses the selected job’s configured workflow, including custom stage names, so the candidate starts in the stage your team expects.
Each evidence-backed suggestion in Suggested jobs also includes an Add to job action. RecruitIQ places the candidate into the first active stage of that job’s configured organization workflow, then moves the relationship into the In CRM list.
Keep the workflow current in place
Each active CRM job now shows its current workflow stage as a dropdown. Choose another stage to update the candidate without opening the full job pipeline.
When a relationship no longer needs to appear on the profile, archive it from the row. RecruitIQ asks for confirmation first, then hides the relationship from the active Jobs list. Archived relationships remain available from the archive control beside Add job in the compact Jobs header; the job and its underlying pipeline record are not deleted.
