Manage external recruiter job access by saved group
Recruiter jobs now separate saved groups and individuals into focused tabs, with faster loading and searchable recruiter lists.
Groups and individual recruiters in one place
Open External Recruiters, choose Jobs, and select the Access button for any role. The editor keeps the job title at the top and separates saved Groups from Individuals in two focused tabs.
Use Create group to name and save the recruiters currently selected for the job, or choose one or more existing groups to add their available members. Group checkmarks reflect the groups you explicitly chose, even when multiple groups share recruiters, and those choices appear again when you reopen the job. The access count under each group remains informational, and individual checkboxes support job-specific adjustments before saving.
The Individuals tab includes a search field that filters by recruiter name or email without changing selections that are outside the current results. The same search is available while creating or editing a saved group.
Use the edit icon on any saved group to open its full external recruiter list. Current members start checked; add or remove recruiters, update the name if needed, and save the group for future access decisions. Cancel and Save group remain pinned at the bottom while the recruiter list scrolls.
From the External Recruiters overview, choose Edit groups beside Contract settings to create a group or update existing group membership without opening a job first.
You can also open an external recruiter’s profile and choose Groups beside Contact. Check or clear the saved groups that include that recruiter, then save the membership changes without returning to the job list. A group with only that recruiter must keep them until another member is added, because saved groups cannot be empty.
When a job’s selected recruiters exactly match a saved group, the Access column shows that group’s name instead of only a recruiter count. Cancel and Save access remain pinned at the bottom of the main editor as well.
Access choices arrive sooner
The Recruiter Jobs workspace now loads the job list and its organization-scoped recruiter and group choices together instead of waiting for the broader external-recruiter dashboard data first.
This keeps the access editor focused on the information it needs while preserving the same organization boundaries, saved groups, and recruiter access rules.
Clear access boundaries
The job’s recruiter-portal toggle is the first boundary: when it is off, no external recruiter can see the job. When it is on and no recruiters are selected, every external recruiter in the organization can see it.
Selecting one or more recruiters changes the job to selected-only access. Only those recruiters can see it, and the selected list takes priority over older all-recruiter settings saved on the job.
Applying a saved group uses its current members as a snapshot for that job. Later changes to the saved group do not silently rewrite existing job access; reopen the editor and apply the updated group when you want the job to use the new membership.
