Moving a candidate to a new stage, assigning recruiters and saving candidate details keep working during heavy background activity, such as many resumes arriving at once.
Background job recommendations no longer take up the capacity that recruiter saves rely on.
Recovers without waiting for support
If the background process that keeps search up to date gets stuck, it now recovers on its own, usually within a few minutes. Our team is also alerted automatically, so a problem is noticed before it reaches you.
If a save is still refused
A refusal is now rare. If a save is refused, wait a moment and try again. Your earlier saved changes are not lost. Contact support if it keeps happening.
