Your personal notes, across computers

Pick up where you left off

Open My Notes from the bottom bar and start typing. Wait for Synced before leaving. Sign into the same RecruitIQ account on another computer or supported RecruitIQ address to find the same notes. Accounts remain separate; this is not a shared team notebook.

Changes refresh when you reopen or return to My Notes, and periodically while it is visible. If another computer has changed the note while you are editing, review the account version and choose which version to save. RecruitIQ will not silently overwrite the newer account version.

Older browser-only notes stay in the browser where they were written. When available, open Previous browser-only notes and choose Add to my notes to copy them into your account. Originals are kept. Unsynced browser drafts can also be reviewed and recovered; they are not available on another computer until synced.

Sync needs an internet connection and addresses connected to the same RecruitIQ service. A save error is not confirmation of sync: keep the page open and retry. Existing authorized Switch User access continues to use the selected account; it does not combine notes from different accounts.
