Organization email notifications: keep the right people informed
Choose which RecruitIQ activity emails each team member receives while keeping every notification inside the right organization.
Notification controls now belong to the organization
Recruiting activity moves quickly, but every update does not belong in every inbox. RecruitIQ now gives organization owners one place to decide which team members should receive each supported activity email.
Preferences are saved inside the organization. A recipient can be enabled for their own company activity without being subscribed to events from another RecruitIQ organization.
Choose the updates each person receives
The notification matrix separates common recruiting events into six clear categories. Owners can turn each category on or off for every active team member with an email address.
- External recruiter activity, including candidate submissions and sourcing activity from recruiting partners.
- Recruiter activity, including candidates added or sourced by the internal recruiting team.
- Candidate movement, including candidates added to roles or moved between pipeline stages.
- New role activity, including newly created jobs and role assignments.
- Client activity, including supported client-side events such as completed company contracts.
- Reminders for due candidate and job follow-ups owned by the team member.
Set the policy once for the whole team
Open Settings, choose Notifications, and use the organization email notification table to select the activity each person should receive. Save the table once and the policy applies to supported emails generated by that organization.
This makes notification ownership visible. Team leads can keep operational alerts with the people responsible for them instead of relying on forwarded messages or mailbox rules.
Organization boundaries travel with every email
The recipient list is resolved from the organization attached to the underlying recruiting event. The system then applies that organization's saved member preferences before sending the email.
That boundary matters for people who work across multiple teams or accounts: enabling a category in one organization does not subscribe the recipient to the same category somewhere else.
A quieter inbox with clearer ownership
The goal is not to send more email. It is to make supported recruiting updates dependable, relevant, and accountable.
When the right people receive the right categories, external recruiter submissions, candidate movement, new roles, client events, and reminders can reach an owner without becoming organization-wide noise.
