Owners can track weekly Team Pulse on the dashboard

SM Staffing owners now get a weekly Team Pulse snapshot with jobs filled, jobs closed, and sourcing totals by internal and external recruiters.

Weekly owner snapshot

Organization owners in SM Staffing now see Team Pulse on the dashboard. It summarizes a rolling eight-day window ending on the current Eastern Time date: jobs that moved to Filled, jobs that moved to Job Closed, and candidates attributed through sourcedByUid.

The dashboard reads a refreshed Firestore snapshot, so the card stays fast even when the underlying job and candidate counts are large.

Recruiter breakdown

Team Pulse separates internal recruiters from external recruiter partners. Each person shows how many candidates they sourced during the current pulse window.

The dashboard now welcomes each signed-in person by the first name saved on their profile. On a browser refresh, the greeting and quick actions use a brief pop-in entrance followed by a small wave from the hand emoji. Ordinary in-app navigation stays still, and motion is removed automatically for people who prefer reduced motion.

The Resume library card is now a compact KPI, while the dashboard quick actions stay focused on Create Job, Add Candidate, and Job Board. Each action is presented as a small, light squircle tile with its icon above a short two-word label, and the three tiles enter in a short stagger after the welcome. Hover gives each tile a little lift, while pressing uses a quick tactile scale response. Job Board opens the public board in a new browser tab.

Dashboard data stays warm for five minutes after it loads. Returning through RecruitIQ during that window reuses the cached profile, stats, sourced submissions, activity, and public-board link instead of immediately requesting them again.
