Put a face or personal color on recruiter ownership

Recruiter assignments now show profile avatars, with photo uploads and 40 fallback colors available to every user.

Recognize the recruiter before reading the name

The Recruiter field on Jobs now uses the same compact menu style as job Status. The assigned recruiter’s profile image appears beside their name in the job row and in the assignment menu.

When no profile picture is available, RecruitIQ shows the person’s first and last initials in a consistent color. One-word names use one initial, and unassigned jobs remain clearly identified.

Open the recruiter picker to search by name or email. The full list stays below the field, and the selected recruiter has an X action on the right for returning a job to an unassigned state.

Candidate assignment menus include an Unassigned option with an empty avatar placeholder, so teams can deliberately clear ownership without silently assigning the candidate to another teammate.

Make the fallback avatar yours

Open My Profile from the account menu to upload or remove a profile picture and choose an avatar color. Forty color choices are available, and the preview updates before you save.

People who have not chosen a color receive a stable color based on their account, so avatars stay recognizable instead of changing between visits.

One profile for internal and external recruiters

The same profile picture and color setting is available to organization users and external recruiter partners. Saved profile images take priority; initials and the chosen color are the fallback throughout supported recruiter surfaces.
