Job posters now keep every version and redraw as you edit

The AI Poster page has a new layout: the poster is large on the left with a history of every version under it, edits redraw the poster as you type, and a line that does not fit can be made to fit with one click.

A simpler poster page

The poster now sits large on the left, with the text you can edit beside it. Title, work arrangement, location, salary and type are grouped at the top, followed by the intro, then the responsibilities and requirements as rows. Footer details and the poster’s look are folded into one line each until you open them.

The intro and every row read as plain text. Press the pencil to edit one, and Enter or clicking away to finish. The trash icon removes a row, and the grip on its left drags it to a new place. Each list shows how many of the job’s items are on the poster, for example “3 of 6 fit”. Add from the job offers the job’s remaining items, or you can write your own line.

Work arrangement and salary

Choose On-site, Remote or Hybrid from the work arrangement menu, and the poster shows it next to the location, for example “Brooklyn, NY · Hybrid”. A remote poster says only “Remote”, with no city, and the location field is hidden while Remote is chosen.

A salary you type is shown on the poster exactly as you typed it, commas included, so “$150,000” stays “$150,000”. A salary that comes from the job and was not changed is still shortened the usual way, such as “$150K”.

Every version is kept

Every time you regenerate, save, or restore a poster, a new version is saved with its time, who made it and the text it used. The versions appear as thumbnails under the poster, newest first, with the current one outlined.

Click a thumbnail to see that version full size, then choose Restore this version to make it current again or Back to current to return. Restoring is instant and never runs AI. A poster you made before this change appears as the first version, so the history is never empty. The most recent 30 versions are listed.

Edits redraw the poster as you type

When you change the text, the poster preview redraws within a moment, without running AI. A Room on the poster bar shows how full the poster is. Choose Save to keep the change or Discard to go back.

Regenerate so it fits

If a line you add does not fit, it is highlighted with “This line doesn’t fit yet.” and one button: Regenerate so it fits. AI then tightens the intro and the other lines so everything fits. The lines you added or edited stay on the poster word for word.

If the poster still cannot hold everything, the lowest-priority lines from the job are left out to make room, and the page tells you which ones. Your own lines are never removed this way. If nothing can make it fit, nothing is changed and the page tells you.

Clear progress while a poster is made

While a new version is being made, a card in the middle of the screen shows the real steps as they happen: reading the job description, writing the text, checking it against the job and laying out the poster. Editing pauses until it finishes. You can leave the page; it keeps going, and anyone else viewing the job sees the same progress.

Boundaries to know about

Writing and fitting text with AI applies to the gold-and-gray poster template. Other templates get the new layout, history and preview, and regenerate as before. Old versions are kept as they were made; restoring one does not rewrite its text.
