Shape an AI candidate search before running it
A new AI Search workspace lets recruiters combine a natural-language request with a CRM job and location criteria.
Start with the recruiting question
Open AI Search directly below Candidates in the CRM navigation. Describe the candidates you want to find in plain language, then choose one of the organization’s CRM jobs to provide role context.
The job list loads the organization’s available jobs in newest-created order so recruiters can distinguish similar searches by company and role.
Keep location criteria explicit
Open Location to enter a city, state, ZIP code, country, and distance. These fields keep geographic requirements separate from the free-form recruiting request.
New and materially updated candidate profiles are now prepared for the upcoming search experience in the background. RecruitIQ avoids repeating that work when only contact details change and safely retries temporary preparation failures.
This first version is still an interface preview. It does not run a candidate search, rank candidates, or change CRM records from the AI Search page yet. Search and scoring will be connected after the input experience is reviewed.
