Public job posts keep the client company private

Client company identity now stays internal across public job boards, shared links, external-recruiter portals, and recruiter emails.

Public job does not have to mean public client

A role can be visible to candidates while the hiring company remains confidential. RecruitIQ keeps the client relationship attached to the job internally, but company visibility is controlled separately from the job's Public or Private status.

Public job-board listings now always omit the client company name and its identifiers. Recruiter links that open the public application page stay private too, so forwarding a link cannot reveal the client.

Company privacy is locked on

The Create and Edit Job Posting forms show company privacy as a disabled, always-off display setting. It cannot be enabled accidentally, and imported job descriptions follow the same rule.

The safeguard also applies to existing jobs, including older records that previously allowed the company name to be visible outside the internal team.

External recruiters get the role, not the client list

Authenticated external recruiters can still review the role, requirements, location, compensation, instructions, and fee information needed to source candidates. RecruitIQ removes the client name from recruiter-facing fields and description text.

External-recruiter new-role emails follow the same rule: they link to the opportunity without naming the client company.

  • The job itself can still be Public.
  • The internal job record still keeps its company relationship.
  • Public job-board and application pages never expose the client name.
  • Signed-in external-recruiter views never expose the client name.
  • External-recruiter notification emails never expose the client name.
