Read candidate sources and open their public jobs
The Candidates table shows readable source names and a small eye beside Public board when the associated public job is available.
See where a candidate came from
In Candidates, choose Table, open Columns and enable Source. Sources appear as readable names such as Public board, Talent inbox, External recruiter and Manual. Source remains the intake channel; Sourced by separately records the person credited with bringing in the candidate.
Open the public job without leaving your list
When a Public board source can be verified against the candidate’s latest recorded public application and the job is still publicly available, a small eye appears beside the label. Choose it to open that exact job on your organization’s public job board in a new tab. Your candidate list stays open.
When the eye is unavailable
The source label stays visible while the job is checked. No eye is shown when the application association cannot be confirmed, the job was deleted, paused, closed or made private, or public job details are temporarily unavailable. Candidates with multiple applications use the verified latest public application; a different assigned job is never substituted. These display changes do not alter source filters, saved attribution or recruiter credit.
