Read professional experience without leaving resume preview

Switch from a candidate’s resume to their saved professional experience during an interview, then return to your notes in the same drawer.

Keep the interview in one place

Open a candidate’s resume preview and choose Experience in the same section menu as Resume and Notes. The professional summary appears first, with professional experience below it. You can read the saved summary, roles, companies, dates, locations and descriptions without opening the full candidate page. Choose Notes to continue your interview notes, or Resume to return to the document.

When you move between candidates using the drawer’s review controls, your chosen section stays selected. Closing and reopening the drawer starts with the section you opened, such as Resume or a Notes shortcut. Save or cancel an edited note before changing sections so your draft stays safe.

Read the experience already saved

Experience shows the summary and work history saved on the candidate profile, preferring the parsed resume summary and history when available and otherwise using the saved candidate summary and work history. Opening this section does not start a new AI analysis, change the candidate or edit their employment history.

Some candidates have no saved professional experience yet. If their profile is still processing, the drawer explains that. Choose Refresh to check for newly saved experience, or read the original document in Resume.

Know which information you are reading

Experience follows the candidate’s saved profile. An additional or older document can contain different information, so check the document itself when you need to confirm its wording. Previews without a linked candidate profile do not offer Experience.

Your existing candidate access still applies. If the profile cannot be loaded, the drawer explains the problem and lets you try again while keeping the preview open.
