Review each day’s new candidates in one owner digest
Selected RecruitIQ organization owners can receive one 6 PM email containing every candidate added during the completed daily window.

At 6:00 PM Eastern, RecruitIQ gathers the candidates added since the previous 6:00 PM digest. The desktop email presents them in one table with the candidate, recent role or profile headline, location, first two Candidate Overview tags, and the time and source that added the record.
Candidate names open their RecruitIQ profiles directly. On a phone, the same information changes into compact stacked rows so the digest stays readable without dropping any candidate from the completed window.
Deliver only to the organization owner
This controlled rollout is enabled for a small organization allowlist. RecruitIQ resolves the current owner from the organization record at delivery time and confirms that the owner still belongs to that organization before sending.
The digest does not fan out to administrators, recruiters, external recruiters, candidates, or client contacts. A day with no new candidates does not produce an empty email.
Keep retries safe and auditable
RecruitIQ records one delivery attempt per organization and digest date, keeps a stable snapshot of the rows being sent, and uses a deterministic Resend delivery key. Scheduler or provider retries therefore reuse the same recipient and candidate set without sending a second digest.
The delivery record keeps the candidate count, completed window, owner, provider message ID, and any provider error needed for review. Resume files remain inside RecruitIQ and are linked from candidate profiles rather than attached to the email.
