Reconnect Gmail directly from candidate Activity
Go straight to your email connection settings when a candidate conversation needs Gmail sending permission.
Restore sending without searching through settings
Choose Connect email or Reconnect email in candidate Activity to open Email Settings at the Email connection tab. Review the mailbox address, reconnect the same Google account, and approve read and send permission. After sending permission is confirmed, a small prompt offers to return to that candidate. Choose Yes or click the candidate name to return, or No to stay in settings. No email is sent automatically.
The connection tab distinguishes saved reading and sending permissions. Saved permission is not a live delivery test; expired or revoked connections may still need reconnection. Connecting here does not turn on automatic Talent Inbox intake.
The mailbox owner must authorize their connection from their own RecruitIQ session. Connecting Gmail is unavailable while viewing another user through Switch User.
