Remember company contact names for the next job
A contact name entered when creating a job can now fill a missing name on the company.
Enter the contact name once
When you create a job for an existing company, RecruitIQ now remembers the contact name if the company has no saved contact name and the contact email matches. The next time you select that company for a new job, the name fills in along with the saved email and phone.
Existing names are preserved. Using a different contact email for one job does not replace the company contact. The name is saved only when the job is created successfully. Older jobs are not automatically used to change existing company records; you can also save the name directly by editing the company.
