Keep candidate note replies together
Reply beneath a candidate note without creating a separate Activity entry.
One note, one discussion
Open a note in candidate Activity, write in Reply to this note, and select Reply to note. Replies appear beneath the original note with the author and time. Separate notes remain separate discussions, and note replies do not send email.
Activity previews show the latest reply. When a note has replies, each entry starts as a two-line preview; See more appears only when there is hidden text. A note without replies stays fully expanded. A compact Reply to note button stays at the bottom while you scroll. Select it to open the reply box; closing the box keeps your draft, and saving a reply collapses it again.
Replies are available to authorized team members in the candidate’s organization. Opening a discussion shows its latest 100 replies. Email conversations remain grouped by mailbox and provider thread, not merely by matching subjects; changing sender accounts can create a separate conversation.
