Review companies and candidate sources with less scrolling

A responsive Companies list, candidate source filters, and profile recruiter editing keep everyday review close at hand.

Scan companies and open the details you need

Companies now keeps the company name, last-updated date, and number of jobs visible in a responsive list. Search still covers company and contact information. Use Sort companies and the direction control to order the results.

Click a company name to open its existing company drawer. Quick view holds the other company fields, including contact details, creation date, website, follow-up information, and Sourced By. The existing follow-up and sourcing controls remain available there. Open company and Archive company keep their existing workflows and confirmation steps.

The job count underlines on hover. Click it, or focus it and press Enter, to open a scrollable list of that company’s job cards. Choose a card to open the job. The count and list include all linked jobs, including filled, closed, and archived jobs; zero jobs opens a clear empty state. Jobs load only when you open the dialog.

Quick view stays within the available screen space, with its details scrolling inside and its actions kept reachable. The toolbar uses balanced spacing and wraps on smaller screens.

The company list stops above the app’s bottom bar, so you can scroll the final company and its actions fully into view, including in a shorter browser window.

Import a contract into a company draft

Open Add Company, choose Import contract PDF, select a searchable PDF, and choose Analyze and fill. You can also import inside a new Add Company draft. Review every field before creating the company; details you already entered stay intact, and unknown or ambiguous information stays blank.

PDFs must be no larger than 4 MB and 40 pages. Unreadable files and analysis failures show an error so you can try another file. Long contracts may produce a warning that only the first part was analyzed. Analysis targets 30 seconds, but completion is not guaranteed within that time.

Analysis fills a draft and queues the original PDF as an attachment for the existing save flow. It does not create a company, send an agreement, request a signature, or merge companies automatically. Existing duplicate checks and company permissions still apply when you save. Add manually, Send contract, and Invite company remain separate choices.

Filter candidates by how they arrived

In Candidates V2, open Source and choose Manual, Talent Inbox, Public Board, External Recruiter, or WhatsApp. Source works with your other search filters, saved views, and exports. Clear the source filter or use Clear all to remove it.

Edit the candidate profile recruiter from Quick view

Hover over Quick view briefly or focus it with your keyboard to prepare the candidate details before opening. Opening reuses that request or a recent result. A first request can still take time, especially on a slow connection; this does not guarantee an instant response. Prepared details remain isolated to your current account and organization.

Open a candidate Quick view and click the pencil beside Assigned recruiter. Choose an eligible team member or Unassigned to save the candidate profile recruiter. A failed save shows an error and keeps the previous value. This controls the recruiter on the candidate profile; it does not change any job recruiter or pipeline assignment.

Source appears below Latest activity using the candidate’s recorded acquisition category. Missing sources say Not recorded; unrecognized categories say Unknown. Employment labels reveal their full text in a smaller hover or keyboard-focus tooltip.

The workflow menus in Active jobs are wider when opened, while their buttons retain the same size. Job status labels stay on one line, and job details use the same breadcrumb styling as candidate details.
